Urbanization as a term predominantly defines the physical growth of an area that diversifies into industrial growth thus creating a modern outlooks and a social environment, which creates a distinction between urban and rural. As the last three decades of urbanization related ecological problems shows us, such a division is detrimental for civilization. Ultimately, integration of both industry and farms is necessary to let life bloom.
As Sir Patrick Geddes suggested,
"This is a green world with animals comparatively few and small, and dependent on the leaves. By the leaves we live.”
